Receive an Inventory of Replacement Parts with SMART’s Spare Parts Program
One of the many recently introduced initiatives at SMART is the Spare Parts program, through which eligible customers receive an inventory of replacement parts, such as cables, pens, erasers and pen trays, for use with SMART products.
Having these parts on hand means you can replace lost or damaged parts immediately.
To be eligible for the Spare Parts program you must meet the following requirements:
Have a minimum of 100 SMART Board interactive whiteboards or 100 Unifi projectors in operation
Have dedicated technical support staff to log issues and work directly with SMART
Provide a secure inventory location
Have procedures and policies in place for maintaining inventory control
Be able to provide monthly reports to SMART’s Returned Material Authorization (RMA) department
As you use parts from your inventory, simply document them on your monthly usage report, and then submit it to SMART. Once the RMA department reviews and approves the report, they send replacement parts directly to you.
